Working with Victims and Perpetrators of Family and Domestic Violence Date: Friday 16 May 2008 Time: 9:30-4:00pm Cost: $154.00 This workshop is designed for Professionals currently working or desiring to work in the field of Family and Domestic Violence. It focuses on the therapeutic system, examining in particular issues of transference, counter-transference, resistance and collusion in terms of family violence cases. Discussions will centre around case scenarios, and practice issues will be explored.

About the Presenter: Vanda Francké is a Social worker with extensive experience in the area of Family and Domestic Violence Services. She has been involved in the initial development of counselling services for victims of violence; developing strategies for early intervention into family and domestic violence, training for community services within this framework; working with perpetrators of family and domestic violence.
