Where to Next (After Separation & Divorce)

Now what? The end of a relationship can be painful and make us loose our sense of who we are. This two hour seminar gives a brief overview of some of the issues associated with the separation process such as anger, self esteem and forgiveness and includes practical strategies on how to move on.

This seminar is a taster for the Rebuilding your Life course which addresses the issues associated with separation at a deeper level.

At the completion of the Where to Next seminar participants will have:

•  Identified feelings associated with the ending of a relationship
•  Identified ways to release anger safely and effectively.
•  Planned strategies for building self-esteem.
•  Discussed strategies for resuming a satisfactory single life style.

Time:    6:30-8:30pm

Fee:      $22 / $11 conc.
