We Can Work It Out (Conflict Resolution)

Not only is conflict inevitable in relationships, its crucial. This seminar seeks to give participants an understanding of conflict while exploring creative strategies for managing it constructively.

At the completion of the We Can Work it Out seminar participants will have:

•  Differentiated between win/lose and win/win approaches to conflict resolution.
•  Discussed specific strategies for building and maintaining goodwill within the relationship.
•  Examined a seven-step problem solving model.

Time:     6:30-8:30pm
