Stress Busters For Busy People

This fun and creative seminar looks at some common causes of stress and identifies some strategies for managing it.

At the completion of the Stress Busters for Busy People seminar participants will be able to:

•  Describe the nature of stress and the holistic approach to stress management.
•  Identify stressors in their lives.
•  Apply stress busting techniques

Time:     6:30-8:30pm
