Self Esteem

Self Esteem represents our core beliefs about our value as human beings and affects everything we do. This seminar will challenge negative beliefs about ourselves and plan strategies for building and maintaining positive self esteem.

This two hour seminar is a taster and introduction to our 3 week course,

At the completion of the Self Esteem seminar participants will have:

•  Defined self esteem
•  Recognized how self-esteem is acquired.
•  Learnt to recognize and challenge their negative beliefs.
•  Developed strategies for building and maintaining self-esteem.

Time:    6:30-8:30pm

Fee:      $22 / $11 conc.
