Making Couple Relationships Better

This seminar will examine what makes a good relationship, the stages of a relationship and the pitfalls relationships can encounter. We will draw from John Gottman's love maps for developing a stronger relationship.

At the completion of the Making Couple Relationships Better seminar participants will have:

•  An understanding of the difference between infatuation and mature love.
•  Explored the concept of love maps and apply them to their relationship.
•  Explored and be able to identify the Four Horsemen of the (Relationship) Apocalypse when they  show up in their relationship.
•  New tools and strategies for making their relationship better.

Time:     6:30-8:30pm
