Consisting of two modules, this program is designed to introduce and familiarize participants with a broad approach to the process of Family Dispute Resolution.

Participants will learn about an approach to family dispute resolution that invites disputants to explore their parenting roles in depth while working on a redefinition of their parenting partnership.

It includes the consideration of specific issues; including the Parenting Alliance Session, the inclusion of children in the work and an introduction to approaches to mediating financial matters. For those interested in practicing as Family Mediators, the 5 days of training comply with Family Law guidelines.
