Changing Tracks

Duration: 18 week course

Cost: $22/$11 conc. (per session)

This programme exists to enable men to change tracks from anger and violene in relationships to healthy communication and behaviour.

Reclaiming Our Lives & Moving On

Duration: 8 weeks, 10:00-12:00pm

Commencing: Friday 8 February

This course supports female victims of family and domestic violence to "Reclaim their Lives" by exploring safety options and providing information about services and support.

Duration: 8 weeks, 10:00-12:00pm
Commences: Friday 2 May

This course assists female victims of family and domestic violence by empowering them to develop their self esteem and reclaim their lives.
